OC-TCPFA Series Marine fresh air coil can be used in conjunction
with OCEAN central water chilling unit. The fresh air coil is
mainly made of catchment plate, fans, evaporative coil, flow valves
etc. Can make the inhaled fresh air through evaporative devices,
cooling or heating, and then send to the cabin through the duct.
The condensed catchment plate was been fungus resistant treated,
and its height is usually higher than ordinary fan coils. The
chassis was installed with shock pad, which can damp shock and
insulate heat. Fresh air coil occupied small installation spaces and can choose
the spaces flexibly, such as: below the stairs and small interlayer
etc. User can choose the ventilation rate of each cabin according to
actual quantity of person, and then choose the fresh air coil
according to the ventilation rate. We suggest installing adjustable
outlet at the end of each duct to meet the fresh air requirement of
each cabin. The fresh air coil has bypass valves, which can bypass the cold
& hot water when there is no need to use the air conditioning
and only send the fresh air to each cabins; if the temperature is
too low, can install an auxiliary air heater to overcome the lack
of heat. The only connection between the fresh air coil and water chilling
unit is the cycling water pipes, but no connection of electric, and
the installation of electric is quite easy, you only need to access
AC220 Power to the fresh air coil. It was directly controlled by
OCEAN switch, totally has three control modes: power off, fresh air
and ventilation. Fresh air coil was installed together with wind duct joints,
exhaust valve and air filter. The pipe interface is female thread,
which is seated in the back of the left (facing evaporator) of
standard unit, and the corresponding outlet has options for the top
left and the right wind out. If the interface was seated in the
right, the corresponding outlet has options for the top right and
left wind out. Technical Parameter Model | Capacity | Power | Running current | Dimension | Air Outlet Static Pressure | Air Flow | Weight | WDH | Btu/h | Ph/Hz/V | A | mm | Pa |
